Company: Blackbaud Payroll: Allegis Group Work Location: Remote (Candidate must visit Hyderabad office on Day 1 for onboarding and laptop collection) Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST Employment Type: Contract & Extendable  Interview Process: 2 Rounds Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced TBM/Apptio Consultant with strong expertise in Apptio One, Cost Transparency, IT Planning, and TBM Studio. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing TBM methodologies to support IT financial management and business decision-making.Mandatory Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Apptio/TBM. • Hands-on experience with ApptioOne / Cost Transparency. • Hands-on experience with IT Planning. • Experience in designing and building custom financial models using TBM Studio. • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and IT financial planning. • Strong understanding of TBM Methodology and TBM Taxonomy. • Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver financial insights. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Configure and maintain ApptioOne Cost Transparency modules. • Build and enhance TBM Studio financial models. • Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and planning cycles. • Analyze IT cost structures and provide cost optimization recommendations. • Support TBM implementation and ensure alignment with TBM taxonomy standards. • Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-level financial insights. • Work closely with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders. • Troubleshoot model issues and improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency. Preferred Skills • Experience with IT Financial Management (ITFM). • Knowledge of cost allocation, chargeback/showback models. • Experience with large-scale enterprise IT environments. • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
