Role & responsibilities Drives outbound calling conversions and policy generation to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets Observe how team members interact during meetings and daily operations to identify and correct communication patterns Calculate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly shrinkage percentages Managers implement action plans designed to help the bottom tier improve, exit, or transition to other roles.
