Job Summary The Team Lead is responsible for managing daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, outbound, and dispatch activities while leading a team to achieve operational KPIs. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, productivity, safety, and compliance with company SOPs. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and dispatch. • Lead and motivate warehouse associates, loaders, and delivery executives to achieve operational targets. • Plan manpower, allocate work, and manage shift schedules. • Monitor productivity, TAT, SLA, shipment accuracy, and other operational KPIs. • Ensure timely processing and dispatch of inbound and outbound shipments. • Conduct daily shift briefings and monitor team performance. • Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies. • Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to the Operations Manager. • Coordinate with First Mile, Linehaul, Hub, Last Mile, and Customer Support teams. • Train and mentor new employees while promoting continuous process improvement. • Maintain operational reports, attendance records, and shift documentation. • Drive 5S, workplace discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or E-commerce operations. • Experience in team handling and shift management. • Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations. • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. • Willingness to work rotational shifts.
