Role & responsibilities • Act as a Technology Expert and provide customers with engaging demonstrations of the latest gadgets, electronics and smart technologies. • Stay updated on the latest developments in smartphones, laptops, gaming, wearables, smart home, audio, TVs and other emerging technologies. • Conduct interactive product demonstrations and create an immersive customer experience. • Create excitement around new-age technology and encourage customers to experience before they buy. • Support gaming and technology experience zones by engaging customers through interactive demos and activities. • Maintain the experience centre as a high-energy, technology-focused and customer-friendly environment. Preferred candidate profile • A genuine Tech Enthusiast who loves exploring new gadgets and technology. • Passionate about Gaming, Consumer Electronics and Emerging Technology. • Confident in explaining technology and simplifying complex features for customers. • Curious about new products and constantly willing to learn. • Energetic, engaging and comfortable interacting with customers. • Someone who enjoys demonstrating, experimenting and creating technology experiences. • Strong in communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
