Technical Architect (Platform Engineering) Location: Mumbai | Experience: 14+ Years Executive Summary Netcore Cloud is looking for a seasoned Technical Architect to lead the evolution of our high-scale, AI/ML-powered Customer Engagement and Experience platform. With over 14 years of experience, you will act as a primary technical authority, bridging the gap between massive-scale infrastructure and innovative product features. You will steer the architecture of systems processing 10 million messages per minute and manage petabyte-scale data pipelines. Strategic Responsibilities - Architectural Stewardship: Envision and design highly available, horizontally scalable backend systems that ensure superior reliability and performance. - Infrastructure Optimization: Champion the use of cloud-native services like AWS Lambda to drive blazing-fast throughput and cost-effective auto-scalability. - Data Pipeline Strategy: Oversee the development of real-time data pipelines and reporting dashboards, transforming terabytes of raw data into actionable performance indicators. - Technical Governance: Set the standard for engineering excellence, including best practices for CI/CD, version control (Git), and incremental delivery. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to align technical deliverables with long-term business goals. Required Technical Expertise - Core Engineering: 14+ years in backend development with deep expertise in Java and JVM frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA). - Distributed Systems: Advanced proficiency in multi-threading, synchronization, fault-tolerant design, and inter-process communication (IPC). - Data Architecture: Hands-on architectural experience with streaming technologies (Kafka producer/consumers) and NoSQL/Relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra). - DevOps Tools: Mastery of deployment processes and tools, including Docker, Jenkins, and Maven. - Extended Tech Stack (Preferred): Proven ability to evaluate and integrate technologies like Python, Golang, and Perl to optimize performance.
