Technical Trainer

Job description

Role: We are looking for technically strong and experienced \\Technical Trainers\\ to deliver automotive technical and practical training to Evaluators and technical staff. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver automotive technical and practical training (classroom, workshop & on-field) • Train Evaluators on vehicle inspection, mechanical & electrical systems, diagnostics and troubleshooting • Conduct practical demonstrations and skill assessments • Develop / update training content, manuals and assessments • Track trainee performance, maintain MIS and share regular updates with Training Head • Identify skill gaps and provide corrective training Qualification & Experience: • ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferred • 3-6 years of relevant automotive / workshop experience • Prior experience in technical training is a must • Strong technical knowledge of Passenger Vehicles • Good communication and presentation skills Additional Requirement for Bangalore Position: • Comfortable working with trainees across South India • Knowledge of multiple South Indian languages, especially \\Kannada\\ will be preferred • Willingness to travel across South India for training requirements Kindly share your resume on riya.mehta@spinny.com or 9257678903
