With strong respiratory leadership and a commitment to innovation across the care continuum, Cipla aims to become a global lung leader and help millions breathe free. **Role Description** The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving sales and market growth for Cipla’s products within an assigned territory. This role involves regular visits to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions to promote products, provide scientific information, and build strong, trust-based relationships. The Territory Manager will plan and execute territory-wise sales activities, monitor performance against targets, and implement marketing initiatives and product launch strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and competitor activity, organizing medical education programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of territory plans and continuous improvement in customer experience. **Qualifications** - Strong sales and account management skills, including territory planning, relationship building, and negotiation abilities. - Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and basic clinical concepts; ability to communicate scientific information clearly and accurately. - Proficiency in data analysis, use of CRM or sales reporting tools, and basic MS Office skills for planning, tracking, and reporting. - Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and deliver impactful product messages. - Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, manage time and priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets. - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing is an advantage. - Familiarity with regulatory and ethical guidelines governing pharmaceutical promotion, and commitment to compliant practices. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and flexibility to participate in meetings, trainings, and events as required.
