Job Requirements About the Role The Territory Manager - Cross Sell ( SME ) is responsible for sourcing loans from the market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners, while establishing a quality portfolio. This role involves managing a team, maintaining strong relationships, fostering cooperation, and communicating effectively across various mediums. The role holder must ensure adherence to policies and guidelines, executing tasks in a manner that supports sales and mitigates risk, thereby contributing to the bank's broader objectives. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities • Source and manage channels from the market and acquire business from them. • Ensure a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection. • Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends. • Identify changing market trends and develop channels for acquiring business while providing high-quality customer service. • Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer service. Secondary Responsibilities • Create an environment for the team to focus on digital enablement to holistically fulfill customer needs. • Drive initiatives to meet the bank's rapid growth targets. What We Are Looking For Education • Relevant educational qualifications in finance, business administration, or related fields. Experience • Proven 2-5 years’ experience in BFSI, particularly in loan against property. • Experience in managing teams and working with DSAs/DSTs and channel partners. Skills and Attributes • Strong relationship management and communication skills. • Ability to foster cooperation and work effectively across different mediums. • Sales-oriented with a risk-averse approach. • Knowledge of digital enablement and customer-centric strategies. • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and recommend improvements.
