**Role & responsibilities** - Increasing sales distribution for CCD Sales Division under General Trade Channel - Stock management & Stockist management - Handing distributors, super stockiest, sub distributors (in rural areas) - Deployment of resources , Control of expenses, 3rd party teams performance management - Training and Development & Administration and Other developmental activities **Key Skills** - Leadership - Analytical Skills - Planning - Communication **Behavioural Attributes** - Interpersonal Skills - Process Adherence **HQ: Bolpur** **Age : Upto 40 Years** **CTC: As per market standards** **Preferred candidate profile** Candidates with prior experience in FMCG General Trade Rural Sales( Re distribution & Primary Sales, Super Distributor handling in the area of Bolpur Birbhum will be considered for this position.
