Senior Sales Officer - Training

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Conduct capability-building initiatives for Sales field staff to enhance their performance. - Deliver on-the-job training focused on: - Edge Score - MSL (Must Stock List) - Suggested Order Adherence - Plan and conduct classroom training sessions on: - Incentive awareness and earning opportunities - Drive skill development programs for Sales Staff. - Manage training records, documentation, and MIS reports. - Handle KYC documentation for new joiners and support incentive payout processes. - Coordinate induction and onboarding activities for new employees. - Monitor employee learning, capability development, and performance improvement. - Ensure adherence to internal processes and maintain effective communication across teams. - Foster strong working relationships with field teams and stakeholders. **Preferred candidate profile** - Graduate - Experience in employee capability building, training, learning & development, or sales capability. - Age: **36 years**. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Excellent interpersonal and people management skills. - Good analytical and planning abilities. - Proficient in **MS Excel** and **MS PowerPoint**.
