Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Department: Sales Role Type: Field Sales / Team Management Experience: 26 years in Sales, preferably Field Sales/Direct Sales Key Responsibilities • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. • Plan daily/weekly sales activities and ensure effective territory coverage. • Generate new business through lead generation, prospecting, and customer acquisition. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners. • Monitor team performance, sales funnel, conversions, and revenue. • Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews with team members. • Train and coach sales executives on product knowledge, pitching, objection handling, and closing. • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/partner base. • Track competitor activities and market trends and implement suitable sales strategies. • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution. • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management. • Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and compliance requirements. • Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
