We currently have 70+ clinics across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities in India and are expanding further. **A few things you can go through to get a better understanding of us:** **About us** - Website: https://www.allohealth.care/ - Founder: https://www.linkedin.com/in/pranayjivrajka/ **We are seeking experienced therapists and psychologists with 3+years of work experience interested in working at the intersection of mental and sexual wellness with Allo Health.** **📋 OPPORTUNITY | Partner Therapist — Sexual & Mental Health** **💼 Location :- Kharghar** **🕓 Required Hours :- 2 hours between 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm, 6 days week Onsite.** **What You'll Do** → Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions focused on sexual & mental health → Build a repeat patient base over time → Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of clinicians **What We Provide:** - Clinic space (in-clinic) or platform access (online) - Mandatory online Training - Steady patient flow from day one - Scheduling, payments, and admin - fully managed - No rent, no marketing costs, no overhead **Only Apply if you meet the following criteria:** - 2-3 years of supervised clinical experience - Some exposure to offline (in-person) therapies — compulsory - Masters/MPhil in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology - Mental wellness related experience highly preferred - Comfortable working from clinics for committed hours - Can consistently honour committed weekly slots - Comfortable with helping clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transition
