Role: Tool Hookup Construction Project Manager **Location:** Dholera (On-site) **What we are looking for** We are seeking a construction-focused Project Manager with hands-on tool hookup experience from industrial construction sites. This role is highly field-driven, requiring strong ownership of execution and close coordination with vendors and contractors. **Key Requirements** - **4–7 years of experience** in **tool hookup / industrial construction / equipment installation** - Mandatory experience in **tool hookup on construction sites** - Strong **on-site field execution experience.** - Proven experience managing **vendors, contractors, and OEMs** - Experience in **utility hookup** (mechanical, piping, electrical, gas, or chemical systems) - Ability to read and interpret **drawings and P&IDs** - Strong focus on **execution, installation quality, and timelines** **Core Responsibilities** - Lead **end-to-end tool hookup and installation activities** at site - Coordinate with **vendors, contractors, and internal teams** - Drive **on-ground construction and hookup work** , ensuring safety and quality - Manage **installation sequencing across utilities** - Resolve **site issues in real time** to maintain schedule **Preferred Background** - Experience in **industrial construction environments** (semiconductor, pharma, oil & gas, data centers, etc.) - Exposure to **high-spec utility systems** is an advantage
