Role: Tool Hookup Construction Project Manager Location: Dholera (On-site) What we are looking for We are seeking a construction-focused Project Manager with hands-on tool hookup experience from industrial construction sites. This role is highly field-driven, requiring strong ownership of execution and close coordination with vendors and contractors. Key Requirements • 4–7 years of experience in tool hookup / industrial construction / equipment installation • Mandatory experience in tool hookup on construction sites • Strong on-site field execution experience. • Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and OEMs • Experience in utility hookup (mechanical, piping, electrical, gas, or chemical systems) • Ability to read and interpret drawings and P&IDs • Strong focus on execution, installation quality, and timelines Core Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end tool hookup and installation activities at site • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams • Drive on-ground construction and hookup work , ensuring safety and quality • Manage installation sequencing across utilities • Resolve site issues in real time to maintain schedule Preferred Background • Experience in industrial construction environments (semiconductor, pharma, oil & gas, data centers, etc.) • Exposure to high-spec utility systems is an advantage
