Job description

Role & responsibilities • Indepth understaning of motor product & market. • Market intellegence in terms of OEM & Non OEM channel operating ways. • Work closely with Portfolio underwriters to ensure sustainable profitable growth is maintained by taking correct pricing decisions. • Formulate all retail product pricing guidelines to ensure that Underwriting strategy is aligned to that of the total organization. • Review system mechanism and improvisation of entire process & look at automation. • Complete ownership of motor product Pricing & simulation showing clear path by doing impact analysis on pricing changes. • Pricing market intelligence to be built further and decisions taken will be based on our experience where profitability and business both are maintained. • Provide inputs to balance the portfolio with portfolio underwriters basis the analysis of underwriting data to ensure alignment of the underwriting philosophy to business strategy.
