**Location Name:** Pune Corporate Office - HO **Job Purpose** “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” **Duties And Responsibilities** - Managing day to day business support activities. - Products to be handled – Primarily Fixed Deposits & Insurance - Manage cost and revenue for the business along with all sub channels. - To analyse business support needs & identify solutions. - Drive analysis led solutions for the business needs. - Ensure quality and accuracy of the data, policies & processes around the business. - It would be an individual contributor role **Required Qualifications And Experience** - MBA/PGDM or Equivalent - 3 to 5 years of experience - Preferred from BFSI / Financial sector - Should have experience in handling HNI relationships and worked at “direct to customer” role - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Well versed in MS – Office(Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
