Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - HO Job Purpose “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Duties And Responsibilities • Managing day to day business support activities. • Products to be handled – Primarily Fixed Deposits & Insurance • Manage cost and revenue for the business along with all sub channels. • To analyse business support needs & identify solutions. • Drive analysis led solutions for the business needs. • Ensure quality and accuracy of the data, policies & processes around the business. • It would be an individual contributor role Required Qualifications And Experience • MBA/PGDM or Equivalent • 3 to 5 years of experience • Preferred from BFSI / Financial sector • Should have experience in handling HNI relationships and worked at “direct to customer” role • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Well versed in MS – Office(Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
