Vice President, Information Security Manager

Vice President, Information Security Manager Required: • 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role • Proven experience managing offshore or geographically distributed security teams • Strong understanding of Security Operations Centre operations, threat intelligence, incident response, and common security tooling • Demonstrated ability to lead complex security functions in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment • Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across time zones and cultures • Results-oriented with a focus on delivery, accountability, and quality • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a global organization Nice to have: • Experience in financial services, fintech, healthcare, or other regulated industries • Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and metrics-driven performance management • Understanding of cloud security operations (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
