Vice President, Information Security Manager **Required:** - 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role - Proven experience managing offshore or geographically distributed security teams - Strong understanding of Security Operations Centre operations, threat intelligence, incident response, and common security tooling - Demonstrated ability to lead complex security functions in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment - Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across time zones and cultures - Results-oriented with a focus on delivery, accountability, and quality - Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a global organization **Nice to have:** - Experience in financial services, fintech, healthcare, or other regulated industries - Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and metrics-driven performance management - Understanding of cloud security operations (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
