The role requires strong commercial judgment, negotiation capability, and expertise in cross-border legal frameworks. **Key domain experience** Total experience 15~20 years of experience in Corporate legal / banking / financial services legal roles. Domain exposure Hands-on experience in: - Contract drafting and negotiations (MSA, SLA, vendor agreements) - Litigation management - Cross-border legal frameworks **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management (drafting, review, negotiation) 2. Independently handle client and vendor legal negotiations 3. Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts, SLAs, and business models 4. Manage litigation, disputes, and statutory notices 5. Ensure strong legal coverage on matters like data privacy, IPR etc. 6. Provide legal advisory on International contracts and arbitration, DTAA and transfer pricing 7. Support third-party risk management (TPRM) through contract governance 8.
