**Job Title:** BNPL Merchant Sales & Support Executive **Location:** 404, Fibe, The Chambers, Samrat Chowk, Viman Nagar, Pune 411014. **Experience:** 0 - 5 years - Freshers are welcome **Job Type:** Full-time (On-site) **Qualification -** Graduation is Mandatory. **Languages Required:** English and Hind + **Tamil or Malayalam is must** **About the Role:** We are hiring BNPL Merchant Support Executives to assist partner merchants with post-sales issues related to the Buy Now Pay Later platform. This role focuses on helping merchants resolve operational queries, settlement issues, transaction status concerns, onboarding support, and product assistance. **Key Responsibilities :** 1. Manage post-sales merchant queries related to BNPL transactions, settlements, refunds, and reconciliation. 2. Support merchants via calls, email, chat and provide timely resolutions. 3. Assist merchants in understanding BNPL processes, dashboards, settlement cycles, and documentation. 4. Track open merchant tickets and ensure closure within defined SLAs. 5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update system logs. 6. Ensure merchant satisfaction and provide a high-quality support experience. **Skills & Qualifications:** Mandatory: Fluency in at least one South Indian language Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada. Good communication and relationship-handling skills. Experience in Merchant Support / Seller Support / Vendor Management / FinTech / Payment Gateway Support is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome. Ability to understand payment processes, settlements, and reconciliation is an added advantage.
