Job description

**Role & responsibilities.** **Operational:** - Monitor delivery of all consignments, including e-com parcels in respective areas on the same day Monitor total operations (both incoming & outgoing), including CRM, cash booking, pick-up and all other activities that are to be undertaken in the branch. - Monitor the updates on SmartTrack on real time basis for every delivery / pick-up Maintain good working relationship with HR, finance & administration departments Understand the market forces, dynamics and focus on improving branch performance - Interact closely with the customers and the CSS departments to resolve issues / escalations Ensure submission of Proof of Delivery (POD) by the team on a daily basis as per defined timelines - Ensure that material packing is done correctly without any defects by the team Monitor international booking & forwarding with appropriate checks Ensure quick delivery of load from airport hub to branch / apex location by the team - Monitor CRM tickets of BA & BM and update / close on system on a daily basis Monitor the pick-up portal and arrange pick-up on same day and update on system Ensure same day delivery of e-com shipments & deposit of COD amount with CDS Check and ensure 100% shipment in-scan on system every morning. - Monitor CRM tickets of BA & BM and update / close on system on a daily basis Monitor the pick-up portal and arrange pick-up on same day and update on systemEnsure same day delivery of e-com shipments & deposit of COD amount with CDSCheck and ensure 100% shipment in-scan on system every morning - Ensure special care in case of PTP consignments and deliver as per TAT Monitor booking of premium and non-docs consignments along with master bag manifest preparation Oversee the loading of consignments and proper staging for better unloading along the route - Responsible for overall first and last mile activity on ground, including RVP, portal pick-ups, connecting load to apex as per TAT and direct connection to airports - Monitor both inbound and outbound vehicle operations Monitor up & down kilometers for all vehicles by coordinating with respective drivers Responsible for DSL performance, DEPS control, BA billing, quality control for the respective region - **Preferred candidate profile** Graduation (any discipline) with experience in operations / delivery or similar role Prior experience in a supervisory role in logistics / courier / transportation / food delivery / grocery delivery and other related industry is preferred **NOTE : Any one interested Please DM your Resumes to this** **Whatsapp Number : 93535 51860** **Email id : samhitha.ch@dtdc.com** **Vacant Positions.** **1.
