Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Oversee the daily operations of the weld shop, ensuring efficient production and quality control. • Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and improve productivity. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality. Job Requirements : • 10-15 years of experience in body shop maintenance or related field (automobile manufacturing). • Strong knowledge of FANUC PLCs, conveyors, robotics, Siemens PLCS, welding techniques, and weld shop equipment. • Proven track record in managing teams and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
