Roles and Responsibilities : • Conduct arc welding, MIG/TIG welding, and robotic welding operations in the press shop and weld shop areas. • Troubleshoot issues with equipment and processes to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards. Job Requirements : • 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automobile industry. • Proficiency in arc welding (MMA), MIG/TIG welding techniques. • Experience working with dies, press machines, and other heavy machinery.
