**Location -** ADP Private Limited The Square, Survey No: 35, Hissa, No.9+10+11+12, Nagar Road, Wadgoansheri, Pune, Maharashtra - 411 014 **Dates: 14th of June (Sunday)** **Time: 3pm to 5pm** **Role Overview-** We are seeking a client-facing **International Voice Process** Executive with 2-6 years of experience who can effectively interact with global clients and deliver a superior customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (US/UK/AU regions) via voice calls - Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions with professionalism and clarity - Understand client requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through quality service - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication - Document customer interactions and updates in CRM systems - Meet or exceed defined performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, QA scores) - Identify opportunities for process improvement or upselling (if applicable) - Escalate critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teams **Required Skills** - Excellent spoken English with neutral/global accent - Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally - Active listening and problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) - Ability to work in night/rotational shifts **Qualifications** - Graduate in any discipline - 2-6 years of experience in International Voice / Client-Facing roles **Preferred Skills** - Experience handling global clients (US/UK/AU markets) - Exposure to customer support, service delivery, or account management - Sales or cross-selling experience (for blended processes) - Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
