Team Leader Outbound Phone Banking** (2 to 5 years experience & team handling experience required) **3. SpecialistOutbound Phone Banking** (5 to 8 years experience on team handling & Campaign Management) **4. Quality Analyst – Phone Banking** ( 2 to 4 years relevant experience) **5. Specialist – Phone Banking Training** (5 to 8 years experience in training & development) - **REQUIREMENTS:** 1.**Educational Qualification –** Any Graduate. 2.**Languages –** Strong oral & written communication in **English & Hindi**. Proficiency understanding of Bengali, Odia & Assamese is a major plus. 3.Prior experience **Insurance Sales** with an **IRDA Certification** is highly preferred. 4.
