Officer Outbound Phone Banking (1 to 2 years relevant experience) 2. Team Leader Outbound Phone Banking (2 to 5 years experience & team handling experience required) 3. SpecialistOutbound Phone Banking (5 to 8 years experience on team handling & Campaign Management) 4. Quality Analyst – Phone Banking ( 2 to 4 years relevant experience) 5. Specialist – Phone Banking Training (5 to 8 years experience in training & development) • REQUIREMENTS: 1.Educational Qualification – Any Graduate. 2.Languages – Strong oral & written communication in English & Hindi.
