Job description

Desired Candidate Profile • 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. • Strong understanding of non-IT industry trends and market demands. • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms. Roles and Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals to attract top talent. • Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.
