Job description

Role & responsibilities - • Support sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews for onroll and offroll positions. • Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities for new hires. • Coordinate background verification and maintain joining MIS. & Maintain employee records in HRMS/ATS • Maintain trackers for hiring, attrition, transfers, confirmation, compliance, and engagement. • Share regular updates with HRBP, business teams, and management. Preferred candidate profile - HR operation background.
