Job Description Recruiter (Executive)!! Position: Recruiter Executive Experience:1 -2 Years Location: Chennai - Thoraipakkam (Chennai One IT Sez Park) Role Summary: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in BPO - BFSI hiring, bulk hiring or recruitment consulting and possess strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities to support business hiring requirements. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and customer support roles. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals. • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. • Ensure timely closures against hiring targets and SLAs. • Build strong candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience. • Conduct bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and campaigns. • Negotiate salary and support offer rollout processes. • Ensure accurate documentation and onboarding coordination. Eligibility Criteria: • Graduate in any discipline. • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, BFSI hiring, BPO hiring, or staffing consultancy. • Experience in BFSI hiring and volume recruitment is preferred. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using job portals and sourcing tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets. Preferred Skills: • BPO Hiring Experience. • Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. • Immediate joiners preferred.
