Designation: Operations Executive Technical Department: Client Experience Operations Summary The Technical Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of building facilities and technical systems to ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance. This role involves monitoring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other critical equipment, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Job Description • Operation & maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, Sewage treatment plants etc.) • Preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution • Vendor and contractor coordination • Compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations • Energy management and sustainability initiatives • Facility inspections, audits, and reporting • Maintenance of records, schedules, and compliance reports • Inventory and spare parts management • Team coordination and supervisory abilities Must have: • Computer & Digital Skills - MS Excel – data analysis, maintenance logs, reporting skills. • MS PowerPoint – preparation of presentations, facility performance reports, and audit findings. • MS Word – documentation and reports. • Email and digital communication tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.). • Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders, vendors, and teams. • Incident Report writing and presentation skills • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Knowledge of building technical systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, generators, etc. • Preventive and corrective maintenance plannin
