**Job Summary of Retail Executive:** **The Retail Executive is responsible for Managing day - to - day Counter operations , Ensuring Excellent** **customer service, Driving Retail Sales and achieving business targets while maintaining operation** **efficiency.** **Key Responsibilities:-** **Maintain booking hygiene at the Retail Counter, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.** **Handle cash transaction, Maintain cash register, and follow billing procedures, Daily timely cash** **deposition.** **Assist walk-in customers with booking queries, Service selection and pricing information.** **Promote Retail Value Added Service ( VAS ) & Ensuring packaging is offered to every walk-in customers.** **Generate Retail Sales leads by connecting with customers through various mode of communication(I.e** **whats app, SMS Campaign, Tele-Calling , Referral Programs ).** **Promoting MyDTDC App -based Digital booking ( QR code at Counter)** **Participate in corporate-driven activities, campaigns, and projects, Drive business growth through BTL** **(Below The Line) and catchment area activities.** **Ensure monthly, Quarterly & Yearly assigned target achievements.** **Handling customer escalation and coordinate with First Mile (FM ) & Last Mile (LM ) teams for** **resolution.** **Ensure high standards of customer experience to encourage repeat walk-ins & Positive Ratings.** **Interested candidate may send resume : dipak.pradhan@dtdc.com**
