We are Hiring | SME Loan Against Property(LAP) Position: Sales Manager SME LAP(Individual Roll) Location: Chennai Experience: Min 5 Years of Experience Industry: NBFC/Banking Role & responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Generate and manage Prime LAP,SME LAP business/DSA Handling • Evaluate property documents & financials • Coordinate with credit, legal & technical teams • Build strong relationships with customers & channel partners • Ensure smooth disbursement and portfolio quality Preferred candidate profile: Eligibility: • Experience in SME / LAP / Mortgage products • Strong understanding of credit appraisal & property valuation • Good communication & relationship-building skills • Target-driven mindset
