As a Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing issuance applications and auditing reports to meet pre-defined turnaround times (TAT). This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle complex and exceptional cases, ensuring they are processed efficiently. You'll be a key part of maintaining compliance standards by implementing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines during the verification of applicants and their documents. What does the job entail? • Review and audit issuance applications and reports, adhering strictly to pre-defined turnaround times (TAT). • Implement and enforce Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines to verify applicants. • Conduct quality checks on processed applications and their supporting documents. • Manage exceptional and complex cases, ensuring their timely and accurate resolution. Preferred Skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). • Stakeholder management and presentation skills. • Excellent multi-tasking abilities. Essential Qualification A graduate or postgraduate degree.
