This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle complex and exceptional cases, ensuring they are processed efficiently. You'll be a key part of maintaining compliance standards by implementing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines during the verification of applicants and their documents. **What does the job entail?** - Review and audit issuance applications and reports, adhering strictly to pre-defined turnaround times (TAT). - Implement and enforce Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines to verify applicants. - Conduct quality checks on processed applications and their supporting documents. - Manage exceptional and complex cases, ensuring their timely and accurate resolution. **Preferred Skills** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). - Stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Excellent multi-tasking abilities. **Essential Qualification** A graduate or postgraduate degree.
