Job description

Role & responsibilities :- • Outbound sales and conversion and achievement of the individual targets as assigned by the Branch Head and the Branch Sales Manager. • Asking for feedback from customers • Understand and comply with requirements of all relevant policies of the bank including full compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) • Ensure that the correct documents are collected during onboarding of the customers. • Ensure that correct product information is disseminated • Ensure that the schedule of fees and services are followed and ensuring no revenue leakage to the Bank Preferred candidate profile • Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least two 45% marks in Secondary, Higher Secondary and Graduation. • Those having previous work experience in the BFSI Industry may be preferred. • Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility and punctuality • Should be good team player with proper interpersonal skills • Should possess sales and influencing skills and ability to work under pressure. • Good communication skill in Hindi or English and a local language • Basic computer literacy is a must Venue: Bandhan Bank - Avinashi Road 1050, Ground floor, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641018 Date: 25th June, 2026 Timing: 10am to 2pm
