**Job Description:** **The** **U-SPARK Future Bankers Program by Ujjivan Small Finance Bank** is a 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking (PGDB) designed to equip graduates with industry-ready skills for a career in retail branch banking. This program is conducted in partnership with the Manipal Academy of BFSI to attract young, ambitious candidates to join Ujjivan as Relationship Managers and we believe it will be a fantastic opportunity to bring fresh talent into our Organization. **Program Highlights:** Structure: 1-year PGDB program (4 Months Classroom + 2 Months Internship + 6 Months On-the-Job Training). Target Role: Relationship Manager - Retail Branch Banking. Key Benefit: 2.20 Lakhs stipend paid back over the 12-month duration. Fee Structure: 2.40 Lakhs + GST (payable in 2 instalments). Reimbursement: Course fee is reimbursed over 1-3 years based on performance. The Lock-In Period for the reimbursement amount will be 2 Years.
