**Job Summary**: Performs the following responsibilities in order to manage customers inquiries in terms of resolving them and recommending the optimal solution. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** **Freshers can also apply, Female candidates are preferable.** 1. Must reply to consumer inquiries by email, phone, text message. 2. Have to be detailed – oriented with the business to understand customer’s queries. 3. Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issue/problems 4. Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improved accuracy or strengthen controls. 5. Maintain a record of customers’ interactions, and manage customer’s accounts. 6. Need to adhere to the communication protocols, regulations and guidelines. 7.
