Al-Razack Group, Infantry Techno Park,104,2nd Floor,Infantry Rd,Tasker Town,Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560001. **Contact Person : Mohit Asrani** **Job Role : Branch Incharge / Cluster In charge** **Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive - Last Mile Operations** **Department: B2C Operations** **Location: Bangalore** **Experience: 3+ Years** ***Duties/Responsibilities:*** 1. Responsible for last mile operations of the DC/branch. 2. Take care of stock received and stock outward. 3. Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments. 4. Responsible for arranging maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments. 5. Need to minimize the TAT failure and ensure processes are followed to minimize loses at the Service center. 6. Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensures zero missing shipments with value and count. 7. Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports. 8. Monitor the NDR/RTO and find solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %. 9. Maintaining the service center workplace with dignity and ensuring clean workplace policies. 10. **A Cluster will be responsible for handling multiple DC/branches.** ***Required Skills/Abilities:*** 1. Good Excel knowledge & Data management. 2. English and Regional Language fluency is Must. 3. 3+ Years Experience. 4. Team Handling. 5. Geographical Knowledge. ***Education Qualifications:*** - Graduate / Post-Graduate
