Roles and Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns. • Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients. • Identify sales opportunities and convert them into successful deals through effective selling techniques. • Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
