**Desired Candidate Profile** - Strong understanding of various types of insurance policies including life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, etc. . - Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction over phone/email/in-person visits. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management. - 3-6 years of experience in sales or account management within the insurance industry (broking).
