Assessments Execution Account Manager Job Description Assessment Operations – L1 Experience: 0 - 1 year Education: Any Graduates To effectively perform the responsibilities of the Assessment Operations role, the following competencies are essential: 1. Understanding of the assessment industry 2 .Hands-on experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel & Word 3. Excellent spoken and written English skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally 4. Good Analytical & Consulting Ability. 5. Ability to work collaboratively with supervisor, cross-functional teams, co-workers 6. Requires a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends to meet customer requirement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily assessment operations for assigned clients, including test configurations, candidate management, and run-time support during assessments. 2. Handle client interactions to ensure timely responses, seamless coordination, and effective utilization of assessment offerings. 3. Identify, address, and resolve technical issues encountered by clients or candidates during assessments. 4. Generate and analyze periodic usage reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) to support subscription tracking, billing validation, renewals, and business growth. 5. Drive product adoption by guiding clients 6. Maintain data accuracy, monitor usage trends, and derive insights to enhance client engagement and retention. 7. Adhere to standardized processes, practices, and operational methodologies to ensure consistent delivery.
