**Job Title:** Alliances Sales Manager **Location:** Bengaluru / Mumbai (Hybrid) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Experience:** 6-8Years **Role Summary** We are looking for an **Alliances Sales professional** with strong experience working with **GCP/Salesforce/Microsoft ecosystems** . This role will be responsible for driving pipeline, co-sell opportunities, and joint go-to-market initiatives with hyperscaler partners **Key Responsibilities & Requirements:-** - **6 to 8 years of experience in Alliances / Partner Sales** , driving influenced revenue and pipeline through strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, like **GCP, Salesforce, Microsoft** - Proven ability to **build and execute alliance-led sales motions** , including co-sell, joint account planning, and pipeline creation preferably in focus verticals of BFSI, Logistics, Manufacturing among othere - Strong experience working globally with hyperscalers sales, solution, industry and partner engineering teams to source, influence, and assist in closing enterprise opportunities. - Ability to lead **joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives** with partners across digital technology, operations and experience solution areas - Extreme focus on maximizing partner programs including funding support from partners - Experience in scaling up partnerships including competency planning, partner tiers scaling up and customer tagging - Good experience with handling partner portals, CRM systems and managing / monitoring aspects of partnership management - Experience in increasing influenced wallet share through various partner initiatives like joint pitches, co-sell and account marketing - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a **sales-driven mindset** and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. - Work closely with internal Sales, solutions, Product, marketing teams to support enterprise sales motions. - Sales and relationship driven mindset.
