AM/DM-Capex and Fixed Assets Accounting

Job description

Key Responsibilities • Maintain Fixed Asset • Register (FAR) end-to-end • Capitalization of assets with proper documentation • CWIP tracking and capitalization review • Asset tagging and physical verification coordination • Depreciation calculation as per Companies Act & IT Act • Asset disposal / sale / write-off accounting • Reconciliation of FAR with GL • Support audit schedules for fixed assets • Capex tracking vs approved budgets • Ensure proper capitalization of project costs Qualification & Experience • CA/ M.Com / CA Inter • 5-8 years experience in fixed assets accounting • Knowledge of capitalization & depreciation • Experience in SAP asset module
