Job description

**Job Title: AM/DM/M - Maintenance Automation & Control)** **Role Overview** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to join our solar cell manufacturing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the high-availability and peak performance of our automated production lines. This role requires deep technical expertise in troubleshooting PLC-based systems, motion control, and precision instrumentation. You will play a critical role in minimizing machine downtime and maintaining the technical integrity of our manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** - **Automation Troubleshooting:** Act as the primary technical responder for breakdowns involving PLCs and HMIs. Perform real-time diagnosis, logic monitoring, and quick-fix execution to maintain production continuity. - **Motion Control Management:** Carry out routine maintenance, parameter tuning, and troubleshooting for Servo Motors and Servo Drives to ensure precise machine movement. - **Drive & Sensor Maintenance:** Maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and calibrate/replace critical sensors (laser, optical, proximity) essential for solar cell fabrication. - **Preventive Maintenance:** Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules. Inspect electrical panels, cabling, and communication modules to identify and mitigate risks before failure occurs. - **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements. Ensure technical manuals and electrical schematics are updated and followed. - **Safety Compliance:** Strictly adhere to site safety protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and cleanroom discipline. **Qualifications and Requirements** - **Educational Background:** - Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering. - **Professional Experience:** - Candidates with a Diploma must possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an automated industrial manufacturing environment. - Candidates with a B.E./B.Tech must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in automation maintenance or manufacturing. - **Core Technical Skills:** - Strong proficiency in PLC and HMI systems (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta). - Hands-on experience in Servo drive configuration, homing, and fault resolution. - Capability to interpret and troubleshoot complex electrical drawings and schematics. - Experience with communication protocols used in modern industrial automation.
