Job Opening: Area Manager / Deputy Area Manager – Car Loan Join Our Growing Car Loan Business! We are hiring experienced professionals for the following positions: Position: Area Manager – Car Loan Deputy Area Manager – Car Loan Location- Kolhapur Eligibility Criteria Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the Car Loan/Auto Finance industry. Strong experience in business development, dealer engagement, sourcing, and portfolio management. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Key Responsibilities: Drive Car Loan business growth in the assigned territory. Develop and manage dealer and channel partner relationships. Achieve business targets while maintaining portfolio quality. Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes. Interested candidates meeting the above criteria may share their updated resumes for further evaluation. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in area or regional sales management, preferably in financial services, used/new finance, or related industries. - Strong skills in sales planning, target achievement, territory management, and performance tracking. - Ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and customers. - Competence in data analysis, reporting, and use of sales CRM tools or related software to support decision-making. - Sound understanding of lending, insurance, or wealth advisory products is an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred. - Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur Hub (Kolhapur,Satara,Sangli & Karad) travel within the assigned area, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
