About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations in Lucknow and nearby regions. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer/wholesaler networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics & personal care market. Key responsibilities: • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory. • Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers. • Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution. • Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market. • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. • Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisors. • Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors’ team. • Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade & general trade. • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred) • Experience: 6+ years in Cosmetics sales with at least 2 years handling Lucknow / Uttar Pradesh region. • Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Lucknow. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
