Job description

Role & responsibilities • Support the Branch Head in conducting Surprise Centre Visits (SCVs) and ensuring coverage of Centre Meetings and Credit Officer centers as per schedule. • Monitor daily branch operations, including verification of collections, disbursements, and timely resolution of discrepancies. • Assist in cash management by reconciling CDS with branch deposits and ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. • Ensure accurate documentation, record maintenance, and adherence to operational guidelines. • Support achievement of branch asset, liability, and business targets. • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Branch Head or management from time to time.
