Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Support the Branch Head in conducting Surprise Centre Visits (SCVs) and ensuring coverage of Centre Meetings and Credit Officer centers as per schedule. - Monitor daily branch operations, including verification of collections, disbursements, and timely resolution of discrepancies. - Assist in cash management by reconciling CDS with branch deposits and ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. - Ensure accurate documentation, record maintenance, and adherence to operational guidelines. - Support achievement of branch asset, liability, and business targets. - Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Branch Head or management from time to time.
