Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Assist in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. - Plan and implement ATL & BTL marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, and product launches. - Coordinate with sales, R&D, media agencies, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. - Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and monitor brand performance to support business decisions. - Manage marketing budgets, vendor coordination, and promotional activities while ensuring timely execution of campaigns. **Preferred candidate profile** - MBA/PGDM in Marketing. - 23 years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry. - Strong understanding of brand building, advertising, and promotional campaigns. - Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
