Job description The role has the following key deliverables: - Drive primary & secondary sales through monthly planning and execution - Manage territory, distributors, and coverage expansion - Execute beat plans (PJP) to improve field productivity - Develop salesmen through recruitment, training, and coaching - Drive trade promotions, BTL activities, visibility, and new launches - Ensure availability, visibility, and process compliance - Improve distribution width, depth, and outlet productivity - Manage distributor alignment on sales, stock, and credit - Track performance, competition, and category growth
