K Raheja Corp is hiring for Assistant Manager - BIM Location: Airoli (Navi Mumbai) Job Description BIM Management: Lead BIM process in projects from planning and implementation through coordination, delivery, and close-out, ensuring effective collaboration with project managers, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. BIM Workflow & Standards: Develop, implement, and continuously improve BIM standards, BEP, workflows, protocols, CDE processes, and information exchange to ensure consistent and effective BIM delivery. As-Built & Digital Handover: Manage As-Built BIM development, ensuring accurate collection, validation, and incorporation of project and asset information for digital handover and operations. BIM Quality Control: Establish and implement BIM QA/QC processes, including model audits, coordination, clash detection, data validation, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key BIM interface between project stakeholders; facilitate BIM coordination, design/model reviews, issue resolution, and effective communication of BIM requirements and deliverables. BIM Governance: Ensure compliance with organizational BIM standards, project requirements, BEP, and applicable industry standards, including ISO 19650 principles and information management practices. Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Monitor BIM industry trends and emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve project delivery through AI/Generative AI, Digital Twins, 4D/5D BIM, AR/VR/MR, Reality Capture, Scan-to-BIM, GIS, IoT, and cloud-based solutions. Automation & Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive BIM processes using Dynamo, Python, APIs, AI, and other digital tools, driving productivity, efficiency, and reduction of manual effort. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage BIM data, dashboards, analytics, and tools such as Power BI to support project monitoring, performance measurement, risk identification, and management decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Drive BIM maturity, knowledge sharing, lessons learned, technology adoption, and continuous improvement across projects, while evaluating and scaling successful PoCs and innovative solutions. Software Skills: Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.
