Job Title Assistant Manager Civil Qualifications • Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering. Experience • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in both structural and finishing works of high-rise residential projects. Candidates who have completed a project from excavation to handover will be preferred. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and execute structural works including RCC, columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement, and Mivan formwork. • Manage finishing activities such as block work, plastering, waterproofing, painting, gypsum, false ceiling, tiling, marble, cladding, screed, and landscaping. • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. • Conduct snagging, rectification, and handover of completed units. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for timely execution. • Monitor material quality and adherence to construction standards. Required Skills • Strong experience in both structural and finishing execution of high-rise residential buildings. • Hands-on experience in Mivan construction technology. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. • Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach. • Good coordination, communication, and team management skills. • Experience in project completion and handover processes.
