Roles and Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of Fulfillment Center (FC) to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency. • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in supply chain operations. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile • 3-5 years of experience in FC Operations. • Strong understanding of Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Operations. • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively. • Proficiency in using technology tools for tracking inventory levels and managing orders.
