Role :The Deputy Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, including employee relations, engagement, attrition analysis, retention analysis, POSH/disciplinary actions, leave and attendance management, rewards and recognition, induction/orientation, and managing FTEs. Additionally, the role involves supporting end-to-end HRBP delivery, fostering strong business relationships with stakeholders, facilitating induction and assimilation of new joiners, managing employee confirmations, performance management, appraisals, grievances, and counseling. Reports into :Manager Job Responsibilities : • Manage employee relations and conduct employee engagement activities, such as RAG Analysis, SKIP meetings, and regular connect sessions to understand employee concerns and implement action plans to address them. • Perform attrition analysis and retention analysis to identify trends and implement strategies to improve employee retention. • Handle POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) cases and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. • Oversee leave and attendance management, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to policies. • Conduct Rewards & Recognition programs, Induction/Orientation sessions, and manage FTEs (Full-Time Equivalents) under their span. • Support end-to-end HRBP (HR Business Partner) delivery, fostering strong business relationships with stakeholders. • Facilitate the induction and assimilation of new joiners, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. • Manage employee confirmations, performance management, and appraisals, ensuring fair and transparent processes. • Handle employee grievances and provide counseling support to address employee concerns. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance. Job Responsibilities : • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives. • Continuously explore and implement best practices in HR processes and employee engagement strategies. Criteria : • Any Graduate • Minimum 7 years of experience including 1 Year as AM/DM. • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Criteria : • Certification in HR or related field. • Experience with HR information systems or related software.
