Talent Acquisition (Non-IT) - Experienced in Lateral Hiring. Location: Mihan SEZ, Nagpur Employment Type: Full-time Openings: 2 About the role: We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team for Non-IT lateral hiring. Looking for experienced recruiters. Key responsibilities: • Manage lateral hiring and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles (sourcing to onboarding). • Source candidates via job portals, social media, internal databases and referrals. • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule/co-ordinate interviews. • Drive bulk hiring initiatives like walk-ins, recruitment drives, and volume pipelines. • Manage offers, salary negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining engagement. • Ensure SLA adherence, stakeholder communication, and an exceptional candidate experience. Required skills: • Candidates with min 2.5 years - 3 years of experience in recruitment with lateral hiring are encouraged to apply. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Comfort with high-volume hiring and working to defined targets/SLA. • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools / job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and basic knowledge of MS Excel. • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
